Description:
Universal, quick drying water-based primer and sealer for interior and exterior painting projects. Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus blocks stains (even water and smoke stains). It offers an exceptional re-wetting resistance, low odor and it is quick drying and adheres to almost all surfaces without prior sanding.
